Brand representation method
The grade of malleable iron is composed of "KTH" (prefixed with the three-character Chinese Pinyin of "Ketiehei") or "KTZ" (prefixed with the three-character Chinese Pinyin of "Ketiezhu") followed by the minimum tensile strength value (MPa) and the minimum Expressed as a percentage of elongation after break. For example, the grade KTH 350-10 represents black-core malleable cast iron with a minimum tensile strength of 350 MPa and a minimum elongation after fracture of 10%, that is, ferritic malleable iron; KTZ 650-02 represents a minimum tensile strength of 650 MPa and a minimum elongation after fracture of 10%. Pearlite malleable iron with a rate of 2%.
